She reimagines vintage Tatreez fabrics from traditional dresses into modern fashion, creating jean jackets, aprons, coin purses, vests, and dresses that preserve Palestinian identity while embracing contemporary design.

Traditional Palestinian Tatreez is a centuries-old form of hand embroidery that has been passed down through generations of Palestinian women. Each stitch tells a story — of family, village, identity, and resilience.

Traditionally embroidered on dresses called thobes, Tatreez patterns vary by region, with each area having its own distinctive motifs, colors, and meanings.
