REFUND POLICY
A Note About Our Pieces Before You Purchase
We are a non-profit business and every purchase is a donation. Most items we carry are handmade, vintage, and one of a kind, featuring traditional Palestinian Tatreez hand embroidery. These pieces are not factory made or mass produced. Each item carries the marks of the artisan, the history of the fabric, and the individuality of hand stitching that has been preserved for generations.
Because of this:

Colors, stitching, patterns, and fabric tones may vary slightly from photographs

Natural variations, minor imperfections, and signs of age are part of the authenticity of the piece

No two items will ever be perfectly identical
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and appreciate that you are receiving a truly unique, handcrafted piece of heritage, not a mass manufactured product. Variations from photos are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for return.

Return Eligibility
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
✅ Accepted Return Reasons
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged Items (significant damage, different from vintage wearing)

Incorrect Item sent (a mistake of the completely wrong item sent, not the same as color or pattern variations)

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $15.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Due to the one of a kind and handmade nature of select pieces, certain items are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee, which will also be deducted from your refund. This applies to items that require additional inspection, handling, and repackaging to preserve their quality and presentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the return shipping fee and any applicable restocking fee.
We are a small team of volunteers, please allow 4 weeks for the refund to process after approval.
⛔ Non-Returnable Reasons
We do not accept returns for:

Color or pattern differences from product photos

Natural signs of vintage fabric or hand stitching

Personal preference or change of mind

Improper fit (please review measurements carefully before purchasing or contact us to discuss)
