Welcome to Peace Love Palestine. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any sales you make with us. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our site or services.

1. Who We Are

Peace Love Palestine (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a nonprofit ecommerce business based in New Jersey, United States. Our mission is supported through the sale of handmade, vintage, and one-of-a-kind Palestinian Tatreez embroidered items. All purchases are considered a donation in support of our work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion, including errors in pricing or product availability.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we ship the ordered item and send you a shipment confirmation.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display products, colors, and images accurately. However, due to the handmade and vintage nature of many of our items, variations in color, pattern, and materials from photographs are expected and are not considered defects. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge this and agree that these variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

5. Pricing and Payment

We accept all major forms of payment available on our website. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, including applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days, but we are a small nonprofit team of volunteers, and delays may occur. We will ship your order as soon as possible and notify you of any significant delays.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for a $15 return shipping fee and, in some instances, a $20 restocking fee depending on the product. By purchasing, you agree to these conditions. Refer to our full Return and Refund Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and software — is the property of Peace Love Palestine or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website in any unlawful way or in a way that could harm us, our customers, or any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Posting defamatory, offensive, or abusive material
Using the site to conduct illegal activities
Interfering with the operation or security of the website

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peace Love Palestine, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the website or products sold, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You and Peace Love Palestine agree that the total liability for any claim related to goods, services, or the website is limited to the amount you actually paid, if any.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Peace Love Palestine. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

Note: New Jersey and U.S. consumer protection laws (such as the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act) may affect certain provisions, and those laws will govern if applicable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peace Love Palestine and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
